Hot Press Moulding Of Snubberboxes

British Mica manufacture Snubberboxes and Arc Splash Barriers from low smoke fire retardant DMC and SMC for use by London Underground and Eurotunnel. Our Snubberboxes are fitted to Central, Piccadilly, Metropolitan, Jubilee and Northern Lines.

Snubberboxes are usually combined with “Brimico 300” to provide complete arc protection. With this system of production we are able to incorporate Busbars, Bushes, Clamps and fixings thus making a complete unit ready for customer use.
